Refund & Return Policy
1. Overview
At Scented Serenity, every order is carefully packed and checked before delivery to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition.
Because our products are personal care and fragrance items, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy once an order has been delivered and accepted.
2. No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once a product has been delivered and received in good condition.
3. Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please inspect it immediately at the time of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
The damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.
You must provide proof of damage, such as a photo or video taken when receiving the package.
The report must be sent via WhatsApp or email to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
After reviewing your claim, Scented Serenity may, at its discretion, offer a replacement product or refund for the damaged item.
Claims made after the initial inspection period cannot be accepted.
4. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for opened perfumes, essential oils, or skincare products once delivered.
