All prices are listed in Emalangeni (SZL) and include applicable local taxes.
Payments can be made via mobile money, bank transfer, or other secure methods provided at checkout.
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on your location within Eswatini. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with delivery details.
Scented Serenity is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Product availability may change without prior notice. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will inform you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Eswatini law, Scented Serenity and Sandweg Investments (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our website or products.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will first be addressed through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Eswatini.
