Shipping Policy

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how Scented Serenity, a brand of Sandweg Investments (Pty) Ltd, handles the delivery of orders within the Kingdom of Eswatini.
We aim to ensure that your products arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

2. Delivery Area

We currently deliver throughout Eswatini only.
Orders outside Eswatini are not accepted at this time.

3. Delivery Methods

Deliveries are handled by trusted local courier services or through the Eswatini Post Office, depending on your location and delivery preference.
We always choose the safest and fastest available method to ensure your order reaches you promptly.

4. Processing and Delivery Time

All confirmed and paid orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery times vary depending on location but typically range from 1–3 business days after processing.

5. Shipping Fees

A flat delivery fee of 17.60 SZL applies to each order up to 22.50 grams in weight.
Larger or multiple-item orders may require additional postage, which will be communicated before dispatch.

6. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been processed and handed over for delivery, you will receive a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation with delivery details.
At this time, tracking numbers are not available, but you may contact our customer service for delivery updates.

7. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to weather, courier schedules, or postal service disruptions.
Scented Serenity cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control but will always do our best to assist.

8. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
We will review each case individually and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
